12:00 PM Brass arrive at East Lansing High School dressed in full concert attire. Remember: instrument and accessories, including percussion accessories folder and music black dress shoes, black socks, bow tie, tux shirt, tux or gown

12:15 PM Brass rehearsal on stage of “Ave Maria”

12:30 PM Everyone else arrive at East Lansing High School dressed in full concert attire

12:45 PM On Stage: Combined bands rehearsal of “Pines of Rome”

1:40 PM OHS Band tuning (please bring your tuner if you have one)

1:55 PM Take reserved seats in auditorium

2:00 PM Concert Begins. Each band performs 20 min. Order: Brass Fanfare Haslett High School Wind Ensemble Okemos High School Symphonic Wind Ensemble East Lansing Symphonic Band Combined Bands: Pines of Rome

3:30 PM Concert Ends. Reception and refreshments.
